We undertake a wide variety of building work including new build, extensions, structural alterations on residential, commercial and industrial projects.
Below are some photos of a house we recently worked on in London.
The specification for the job involved forming a single storey ground floor extension and a loft extension.
Part of the process was to take the whole of the ground floor rear wall out and install structural steel to support it, we also had large sections of steel to install at ridge height and in the roof to support the loft extension.
Internally a large percentage of the walls were altered so that the client had a large open plan kitchen/dining area.
We also carry out work in the industrial sector.
Below are photographs of a contract we completed for a client on an industrial estate in Hampden Park, Eastbourne.
The specification for this contract was to strip out a 2 storey office section at the front of the industrial unit leaving an office and toilet facilities. We also had to remove large insulated prefabricated walls which were forming refrigerated units, from the rear of the unit. Ultimately we had to completely clear everything in the unit taking it back to its shell so that the client could then come in and fit it out as shown in the final photographs.
We have undertaken work in Superstores either when occupied or newbuild. Recently we worked on a new build Sainsbury's in Tottenham, we were involved in installing new drain runs into a concrete slab due to alterations in the layout.
This involved us using a Brokk to dig new trenches for us to then lay the pipework, this is because there is zero use of diesel engines on Sainsbury's sites.
We then had to reinstate the concrete slab when works were completed.
All our operatives have CSCS cards which are compulsory for us to work with most main contractors.
